our products

"Krásná cimra" is an e-shop with renovated furniture and home accessories. It brings together the following sales entities: 1000zgarb, Fungl, Pohovenda, Naměkko, Retro sitting, Patina a Na ponku. For each product from the e-shop, one of them is listed. The label indicates from which seller you are buying the product.

creating an order

You can start your purchase by placing the product in the shopping cart. Once you are happy with the contents of your basket, you can confirm your order and then select your shipping and payment method. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a summary by email.

The e-shop administrator will evaluate the order. In the case of an order from multiple sellers, it is possible that it will be split.

order delivery

Personal pick-up - The goods can be picked up directly from the seller by prior arrangement. If the order will contain items from multiple entities, you can arrange for pick-up at the 1000zgarb location.

Delivery by the seller - If you order delivery within Brno and its surroundings or on the Brno-Prague route, the seller may contact you with an offer of personal delivery.

Delivery by carrier - Orders are also sent via carrier. We will calculate the shipping price according to the nature of the order and the tariff of the shipping company.

The shipping price calculated through the e-shop is only an estimate; the final value may vary and can be found on the invoice you will receive with your order confirmation. The seller calculates the shipping price according to the nature of the order and the shipping company's tariff, or according to the cost of personal transport in the case of delivery by the seller himself.

 

order confirmation

Once you have agreed on the method of receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation via email with the invoice(s) (in the case of purchases from multiple sellers) and payment details for payment. This makes the order binding with the obligation to pay.

payment

At collection - cash/bank transfer in case of picking up the goods directly at the seller's premises or cash on delivery from the carrier.

By bank transfer - You will receive the billing information for payment of the order by e-mail.
